We have a GP aligned mental health worker assigned to our practice and you can be referred via the GP.

Talking Changes are a local service providing psychological therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and counselling. You can self refer to this service by contacting 0191 333 33 00 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or visit their website Home - Talking Changes

For severe mental health crises, when the surgery is not open, the Tees, Esk and Wear Valley (TEWV) crisis team can be contacted on 08000 516 171
