All online appointments have been removed with immediate effect in line with guidance from NHS England. This is to reduce the risk of a patient presenting at the surgery with Coronavirus. This service will be reinstated once we are advised it is safe to do so.

We are able to offer routine appointments both morning and afternoon on weekdays.  Please contact the surgery to book routine appointments with the doctor of your choice either for that day or up to two weeks ahead. You are able to express a preference of which GP you wish to book with, but we can only offer what we have available as this can sometimes be affected by holidays/sickness and specialist clinics.

Nurse appointments can be booked up to four weeks ahead.

If we cannot offer you a routine appointment and your need is medically urgent for that day, please let the receptionist know.

Late Appointments

The surgery can offer late appointments one night a week.  Appointments can be booked up to two weeks ahead with a GP and Nurse.  Please ask the receptionist if you wish to book an appointment. Extended hours appointments are available on Thursday evenings.

Please book in by using the self-check in or at reception for all appointments when you arrive and always check with reception staff if you think you have been missed.

Your appointment is for you only. Please do not ask the doctor to see someone else as well during your consultation – make a separate appointment for each patient. Please let us know in good time if you cannot keep an appointment so we can offer it to another patient.

Please remember that you will usually see a nurse for a review of your chronic illness. You do not need to see the doctor as well.

If you wish to have a chaperone present during your consultation with the Doctor or Nurse, please ask at the reception desk before you go in for your appointment, or ask during your consultation.
